These terms apply to the use of the website operated by Glorious Beauty and, where applicable, to appointment bookings made through our website or booking system.

By using the website, contacting us, or making a booking, you agree to these terms and to any additional booking conditions presented during the reservation process.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, information may contain errors or may change without notice.

Images, descriptions, availability, and service details are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bookings are made through our booking system or another channel we may designate from time to time.

A booking is only final after it has been confirmed.

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking where this is necessary for operational, technical, or safety reasons, or where the booking information is incomplete or inaccurate.

Any cancellation deadline, deposit requirement, no-show rule, or rescheduling condition is shown in the booking flow or in the booking confirmation.

If a specific appointment policy applies to your booking, that policy forms part of the agreement to the extent permitted by law.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Prices shown on the website or in the booking system may change. The price shown at the time of confirmation is the relevant price unless the price was clearly incorrect or otherwise obviously erroneous.

Where payment is required, it must be made using the payment method and timing shown during booking or otherwise communicated by us.

If you book a service for a specific date or time, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in the circumstances permitted by Dutch law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal does apply, nothing in these terms limits that right.

The website links to or integrates external services such as maps, social platforms, and the Salonized booking system.

Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or use of your data.

All text, images, logos, designs, and other content on the website are protected by intellectual property rights or other applicable rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits it.

We are not liable for damages caused by the use of the website or by reliance on information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage arising from third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires another court or procedure.
